ORDINANCE N0 . 29�g
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENT�N, WASHINGTON ,
PROVIDING FOR APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS .
WHEREAS the CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON has heretofore received
unantici=�ate�"' revenues in excess of estimated revenues for the
calendar year 1975 , and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate and
transfer from such excess revenue into the belowmentioned fundCs)
to finance various community developments as approved by H.U.D.
and such appropriation being necessary and in the public interest and
for the public benef it , NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: �
SECTION I : The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and
� directed to provide for, the following appropriation and transfer:
FROM: EXCESS REVENUE $71, 708. 00
UNTO: See Exhibit "A" attached hereto

SECTION II : This Ordinance shall be effective upon
its passage , approval and five days after its publication , unless
