RESOLUTION ���`�
A RBSOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF AN APPLICATION WITH THE PUBLIC
HEALTH SERVICE FOR A QtANT UNDER THE FBDERAL WATER POLLUTZdN CONTROL ACT,
WI�REAS, under the terms of the above mentioned acts, as amended, the
United States of America has authorized the making of grants to public
bodies to aid in the financing of the construction of specific public projects;
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council:
1. That Mayor ponald W. Custer, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
and file an application on behalf of the City of Renton with the Public
Aealth Service through ita local representative in these matters, the Washington
State Pollution ConCrol Commission, for a grant to aid in the fir.ancing of the
construction of the Proposed Rennydale Lakefront Sewer L.I.D.
2. That Mayor ponald W. t�ster be, and he is hereby, authorizeci and di-
rected to furnish such information as is reasonably required by t'ne interested
local, state and federal authorities in connection with this application.
