ORDINANCE N0. 3002 '
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING SECTION 4-1701 of 'TITLE_:,IV�..(BU�LDINC
REGULATIONS) OF ORDINANCE N0. 1628 ENTITLED "CODE �
OF GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF RENTON"
RELATING TO PERMIT FEES UNDER THE UNIFORM MECHANICAL
CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : There is hereby added a subsection to Section
4-1701 of Title IV (Building Regulations) of Ordinance No. 1628
entitled "Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton" and
further amending Section 304. 1 of the Uniform Mechanical Code ,
reading as follows :
� New subsection of� 4-1701 ; amendment to Section 304. 1 of
Uniform Mechanical Code : The sum of Six Dollars ($6 . 00) shall 'I
be the fee for the issuance of each permit.

SECTION II : Any and all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
� SECTION III : This ordinance shall be effective on and after
January l , 1976 and upon its passage, approval and five days a�ter
its legal publication.
