ORDINANCE N0. 3028
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION 0�' CERTAIN
PROPERTIES WITHIN THE CITY. OF RENTON FROM
BUSINESS DISTRICT CB-1) TO SUBURBAN RESIDENCE
DISTRICT CSR-1)
WHEREAS under Chapter VII, Title IV (Building Regulations)
of Ordinance No. 1628 known as the "Code of General. Ordinances
of the City of Renton" , as amended, and the maps and reports
adopted in conjunction therewith, the property. hereinbelow described
has heretofore been zoned as Business District (B-1) ; and
WHEREAS a proper petition for change of zone classification
of said property has been filed with the City Clerk on or about
Fehruary 17 , 1976 , which petiti.an was duly xe�ex�red to the Planning

Commission for investigation, study and public hearing, .and a
public hearing having been held thereon on or about March 24 ,
1976 , and said matter. having been duly considex�ed by the Planning
Commission and said zoning request .being in conforr�i.ty with the
City' s Comprehensive Plan, as amended, and the City Council having
duly considered all matters rel.evant thereto, and aIl parties
having been heard appearing in suppart thereof or in opposition
thereto, NOW THEREPORE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITX COUNcIL OF
THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AS FOLL;OwS :
SECTION I: The following described property in the
City of Renton is h�r.eby rezoned to. Suburban Residence District �
(SR-1) as hereinbelow specified; the Public .Works Director and
the Planning Director are hereby authori.zed and directed to .change
the maps of the Zoning Ordinance, as amended, to_ eviderice said �
rezoning, to-wit:

"WILSON REZONE"
That portion of the north 110 ft. of lot 2, block one, Woody
Glen Addition, according to plat recorded in volume 47 of plats,
pages 91 and 92, King County, Except the west 52.5 feet thereof.
Together with a portion of S. 123rd Street vacated by the City
of Renton Ordinance No. 2544 lying southwesterly of the follow-
ing described line:
Beginning at the intersection of Taylor Ave. N.W. (90th Ave. S.)
and N.W. 7th Street (S. 122nd St.) ; thence N 88°53'22" W 262.12' ;
thence S 1°06'38" E 30.00' ; thence S 88°53'22" E 45.00' to the
true point of beginning of this description; thence S 1°06'28" W
13.09' to a point on a curve to the right, said curve being the
centerline of S. 123rd Street vacated by City of Renton Ordinance
No. 2544; thence continuing along said curve to the right having a
radius 135' , a distance of 100.34 ft. to the north line of lot 3,
block 1, Woody Glen Addition, as recorded in Volume 47 of plats,
pages 91 and 92, records of King County, Washington.
