AN ORDZNANCE OF THE CTTY OP RENTQN, WASHTNGTON,
CHANGTNG THE ZONING CLASSIFTCATION OF CERTAIN
PROPERTIES WITHIN THE CITY 0�' RENTpN �'ROM
GENERAL CLASSIFICATION DISTRICT (GS-1) TO
SUBURBAN RESIDENCE DISTRICT CSR-1)
WHEREAS under Chapter VII , Title IV CBuilding Regulations)
of Ordinance No. 1628 known as the "Code of General prdinances
of the City of Renton" , as amended, and the maps and reports adopted
in conjunction therewi.th, the property hereinbelow described has
heretofore been zaned as .General Classificati.on Distr.ict CGS-1) ;
and.
WHEREAS a proper petition for change of zone classification
of said property has been filed with the City Clerk on or about
r March 2, 1976, which petition was duly referred to the Planning
Commission for investig.ation, study and public hearing, and a
public hearing having .been held thereon on or abaut March 24 , 1976 ,
, and said matter having. been duly considered by the Planning
Commission and said zoning request being in conformity with the
City' s Compreliensive Plan, �as amended, and .the City Council having
' duly considered all matters relevant ther_eto, and a11 parties
having been heard appearing in support thereof or in opposition
thereto, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND. THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS:
' SECTION I: The following described property in the
City of Renton is hereby rezoned to Suburban Resa.dence District ,
CSR-1)as hereinbelow specified; the Public Works Director and
the Planning Director are her.eby authorized and directed to change ',
the maps of the Zoning Ordinance, as amended, to evidence said I
rezoning, to-wit:
