AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON I
PROVIDING FOR APPROPP.IATION OF FUNDS .
WHEREAS the CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON has heretofore received
certain excess revenues in excess of estimated revenues for the
calendar year 1976 , and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate and
transfer from such excess revenue into the belowmentioned fund(s)
for the acquisition of Burnett Street right-of-way,
and such appropriation being necessary and in the public interest and
for the public benefit , NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLO��1S: �
SECTION I : The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and
;
directed to provide for� the f ollowing appropriation and transfer:
FROM: Current Fund, Excess Revenue $5 ,200 . 00
UNTO: C�rrent Fund - Miscellaneous Division I
