WHEREAS a petition for the approval of a fictal plat for the subdivisioa of
a certaia tract of land as hereiaafter more particular2y described, located within the
City of Renton, has heretofore beeo presented to and filed with the City Council and
the City Plaaaiag Commission and it appearing that the preliminary plat has hetetofore
beea duly approved by the Planning Commission after public hearing Lhereon as pravided
by law, as well as the City Council, and
WHEREAS after due iavestigation the Planaing Commission has coasidered and
;� recommended the approval of said fiaal plat and said matter having come aa for review
before the Planniag Commissioa of the CiCy of Rentoa at its pub2ic meetiag on or about
November 22, 1967, and the City Council having duly approved saic3 final plat at its
reguler meetiug on December 4, 1967, and such approval being deemed pxoper and advisable

SECTION I: The fiaa3 piat heretofore submitted and approved by the Planafng
Commission, pertaiaiag to the following described realty, to-wit:

the Plat of C. D. 8illman's Lake WG�hington Garden af Eden Divisiaa
AIo. 4, recorded in Volume 11 of Plats on Page 82, xecords of King
County, Washington, EXCEPT the South 120.00 feet in width of the
west half ot said tract 22� aad EXCEPT the South 85.OQ feet in
width of the East half afid the South 135.00 feet in width of the
West half of said Tract 232, all situate in Renton, King Couaty,
