AN qRDINANCE 0�' THE CITY OF RENTON, WAgiNGTON,
�ROVZDZNG FOR APPROPRIATTON OF �'UNDS
WHEREAS the City of Renton, Washington has received certain
excess revenues in excess of estimated revenues for the calendar year
1976 , and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate and
transfer fram such eXcess revenue into the belowmentioned fund for the
purpose of Air Park improvements and such appropriation being necessary
and in the public interest and for the public beriefit, NOW THEREFORE
THE CZTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLQWS:
SECTION I : The Director of Finance is hereby authorized
and direc.ted to provide �or the following appropriation and transfer:

UNTO: Park Department, Capital Outlay,
Acct. Na. 101/2� . 533 . 50 . 63 9 ,000 . 00
SECTION II : This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage, approval and five days after its publicati.on. '
