ORDINANCE NO. 3115' '
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENZIAI, WASHINGTON,
PROVIDING FOR APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS
WHEREAS the City of Renton, Washington has heretofore
received certain unanticipated r.evenue from the Comprehensive Employment
Training Program (Title II) CETA, and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate and
transfer such �unds within tYie CETA Divisions for the purpose of making
necessary adjus-trnents as per contract, and such appropriati.on being
necessary and in the public interest and for the public benefit, NOW
THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON DO
ORDAIN AS POLLOjrIS:
SECTION I: The Director of Finance is hereby authorized
and directed to provide for the following appropriation and transfer:
FROM: Unanticipated revenue to be received
from Comprehensive Employment Tra.ining
Program (T.itle II) CETA $79 , 534..00
UNTO : Ceta Divisions all as more particularly
shown on Exhibit ."A" attached her.eto and
made a part hereof $79 ,.534. QQ
SECTION II: The Director of Finance is hereby authorized
and directed to make the following transfer from CETA Fire Suspression
Division the following sum, to-wit: $8 , 709
UNTO: the following CETA Divisions , all as
more particularly shown on Exhihit "A"
attached he�#o and made a part hereof �8, 709 . 00
SECTION III: Thi:s Ordinance shall be ef.fective upon its
passage, approval and five days after its publicati.on.
