AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
PROVIDING FOR APPRQPRIATION OF FUNDS
WHEREAS the City of Renton has heretofore received certain I
excess revenue consisting of �ara.;��Enforcement Assistance Adrrn.zistration
(LEAA) Grant #76-C-0199, and '
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate and 'i
transfer from such excess revenue into the belowmentioned funds and
such appropriation being necessary and in the public 5�nterest and for
the public benefit, NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The Director of Finance is hereby authorized �
and directed to provide for the following appropriation,at�d transfer: I
FROM: Unanficipated revenue to be received from
LEAA Grant #76-C-0199 ( 90o LEAA, 5o State
Buy-in) $16 ,596 . 00
UNTO:: Finance/RA.YS�LEAA Grant Division
as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and made a part hereof as if fully set

SECTION II : The Director of Finance is hereby authorized
