AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON �
PROVIDING FOR APPRQPRIATION OF FUNDS
WHEREAS the City- of Renton has heretofore received certain
' excess revenue consisting of Law and Justice Grant Funds for
Valley Comr.�unication Center (#77-C-7092) , and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate and
transfer from such excess .revenue into. the belowmentioned funds
and such appropriation �being necessary and in the public in.terest
and for the public_ ben.efit, ,NOW THEREFORE � � -

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FQLLOWS: � � � � � �
� SECTION I : The Director of Finance is hereby authorized
and directed to provide �for the following appropriation and transfer:
See Exhibit "A" attached here-to and made a part �
hereof as if fully set forth herein. '

SECTION II: � This Ordinance shall be effective upon 'its
passage, approval and five days after its publication. II
