(SIERRA HEIGHTS (A-003- 86) WHEREAS under Chapter 7 , Tit�e IV (Building Regulations) of Ordinance No. 1628 entitled "Code of �eneral Ordinances of the City of Renton" , as amended, and the maps and reports adopted in conjunction therewith, the property hereinbelow described has not been zoned in the City of Renton; and WHEREAS said property owners petitioned the City of R2nton for annexation and concurrent rezoning, which said annexation having previously been approved and the property annexed to the City of Renton, and the City Council having held two hearings to consider this zoning application, the first he�ring being held February 9, 1987 and the second hearing being held June l, 1987 ancl said zoning request beinq in conformity with the City' s Comprehensive Plan, as amended, and the City Council having duly consid�red all matters relevant thereto and all parties having been heard appearing in support thereof or in opposition thereto, NOW THEREFORE SECTION I: The following described property in the City of Renton is hereby zoned to Single Family Residential (R-1 ) as hereinbelow specified.
