has been filed with the Planning Departrrtent an or, abaut December i5, 19'78, which
petition was dealy referred to ttte Hearing Examiner for investigation, study and public
hearing, and a public hearing having been held thereon on or about January 23, 1979,
and the matter having been appealed to the City Council and the Hearing Examiner's
Decision modified by�the City Gouncil during the regular City Council meeting of April
