CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATiON OF CERTAIN
PROPERTTES WITHIN THE CITY OF RENTON �ROM GENERAL
CLASSIFICTION DISTftICT (G-9600} TQ LIGHT INDUSTRIAL

WHEREAS under Chapter ?; Title IV (Building Regulations) of Ordinanee
No. 1&28 known as the f"Code of General C?rdina.nees of the City of R.enton", as
amended, 'and the mapsj�and reports aclopted in� conjunction therewith, the property
hereinbelow des�ribed has heretofore been zoned as General Classification District
(G9600); and I
WHEREAS a proper petition for change of zone eia.ssification of said progerty �
has been filed with the Planriing Department an or about April 6, 1979, which petition
cn�as duly referred to the Hearing E�aminer for investigation, study and pubiie hearing,
a�d a �ublic hearing having been held thereon an or abaut May 8, 1979, and said
matter l�aving been duly considered by the Hearing Examiner and said zonzng req�aest !
being in eonformity with the City's Comprehensive Plan, as amended, anfl the City
Council having duly considered all matters relevant thereto, and all parties having been

to evidence said rezoning, to-wit: �
