WRIREAS the City of (Renton has heretofore duly passed and.approv*d its
Ordinance No. 1777 annexing certain territory to the City of Renton and
WHvAW it has been determined that the description of certain territory
so annexed should be amended and modified, now therefor*

AS FOLLOWSs
Sects Section I of Ordinaaee No. 1777 is hereby muend*d to road as
follows s
SECTION is Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 128 of the 1955 Session.
Laws of the State of Washington, as amended, it is deomin*d that the above s*ntioned
petition for annexation to the City of Renton of the property and territory herein-
below described be and it.is hereby approved and granted; and the following
described property, being contiguous to the City Limits of the City of Renton,
situated in King County, State of Washington, be and the same is hereby annexed
to the City of Renton, such annexation to be effective on *ad after the approval ,
passage and publication of this Ordinance, and on and after that date said territory
shall constitute a part of the City of Renton and shall be subject to all the laws
and ordinance* then thereafter enforced; said property being described as follows. -
Beginning at the wast quarter corner of beet n 100 Township
23 NorthRang* 5 last W.K.1 thence North 00 '03" West along
the contarlino of 132nd Avenue 6.8.0 a distant* of 438.15 foot;
thence South 660221.23t1 last, a distance of 1306.02 feet; thence
South 0°08103" last, a distance of 436.93 feet, to the mast -west
Rent*rlias of said Section 10; thence North 88020'01+' West along
said centerline, a distance of 1306.06 feet, to the point of
beginning.
Section II: All other provisions and terms of Ordinasace No. 1777 shall remain in
full force and effect.
Section IIIc This Ordinance shall be in full force and offset from and after its
passage, approval and publication as provided by low. A certified copy of this Ordinance
shall be fit*d with the Board of County Commissioners, of ling County, state of
