AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON$ WASHINGTON AMENDING
SECTION 8.715 OF. TITLE. VIII (HEALTH AND SANITATION) OF
ORDINANCE NO. 1628.ENTITLED "CODE. OF GENERAL.ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF RENTON" BY ADDING.A SUBSECTION THERETO,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: Existing Section 8m715 of Title VIII (Health and Sanitation)
of Ordinance No. 1628 entitled "CODE OF GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF RENTON"
is hereby amended by adding a subsection thereto, reading as follows:
SECTION 8715 (a) In addition to the charges specified in Section 8--715
the following rates shall be charged, effective as of July 1, 1962:
A) A charge of $2.00 per month payable to Metro for each single family
, dwelling unit.
B) A charge of $2.00 per month payable to Metro for each 900 cubic feetof
water used by apartments, multiple dwelling units of every type, busi.
ness, commercial, industrial and all other users.
Said charges shall include the State Utility tax. All other provisions of this
Chapter shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and legal publication.
