ORDINANCE NO. vZ
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, ESTABLISHING A LOADING
ZONE ON A CERTAIN STREET WITHIN THE CITY OF RENTON; PROVIDING A PENALTY
FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON AS

SECTION I: There is hereby established a loading zone for loading and unloading
of commercial vehicles at a place commencing _ —feet northerly from the northwest
corner of Third Avenue and Main Street, for a distance of feet.
SECTION II: The Street Commissioner is hereby authorized and directed to
establish the proper signs and notices for the erection of such truck loading zone.
SECTION III: Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this
Ordgance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined
a sum not exceeding Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00).
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval and legal publication.
