AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PENTON, '.'ASHINGTON, APPROPRIATING
AND TRANSFERRING C;ZRTAIN FUNDS IN ,D(C'ESS OF ESTI1,MTED REVENUES,
T-HEREAS the CITY OF RENTOY, has received certain revenues in excess of estimated
revenues, to -wit: certain contributions made by property owners in lieu of regular
L.I.D. assessments for the improvement of certain off-street parking facilities, and
FHEREAS such excess revenues are needed to defray expenditures for the
improvement of said off-street parking lots owned by the CITY OF RENTON which ex-
penses could not be reasonably foreseen at the time of the adoption of the 196-
Budget; and such appropriation and expenditure being necessary and required and
being in the public interest and for the public welfare, NOU THEREFORE
AS FOLUXIS:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUFCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON
SECTION I: There is hereby appropriated from aforesaid excess revenues
and contributions received by the CITY OF RENTOA? for the CITY'S "Off -Street Parking
Fund", Account No. 7039.1, Capital Outlay Nos. 1711 Land Acquisition, 4-1900.00 and
1713-Improveme4s 6 S�S�Q,On The City Clerk and the City Treasurer
are hereby authorized and directed to make transfer of said sum as above stated:
SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and legal publication.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 25-th day of November-, 1963.
