AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, REPEALING
CHAPTER 11 of TITLE V (BUSINESS REGULATIONS) OF ORDINANCE
NO. 1628 ENTITLED "CODE OF GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF I2EPTON, WASHINGTON" RELATING TO PUNCH BOARDS, RAFFLES
AND SIMILAR TRADE STIMULATING DEVICES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON,AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: Chapter 11 of Title V (Business Regulations) of Ordinance No.
1628 entitled "Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton, Washington" relating to
punch boards, raffles and similar trade stimulating devices as defined in said Chapter
is hereby repealed in its entirety.
SECTION 2 This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect on and after
the /day of December, 1964.
SECTION 3: All other Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby likewise repealed.
