(Resolution of Intention.)
RESOLUTION NO. 667
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON:
1. That it is the intention of the City Council to order the improvement of North side of Second
Avenue North between Park Avenue and Garden Street
(Insert streets or portions thereof to be improved) by (specifying nature of improvement)
replacing present inadequate Water Main with a 211 Water Main
and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance with plans prepared by
the City Engineer.
2. That all persons who may desire to object thereto are hereby notified to appear and present such objections
at a meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chamber in the City Hallinin the City of Renton at
-------- -a_Q0o'clock P. M., on the --_; ---------- day of __--___December ___________________ 193 .-.. Which time and place
is hereby fixed for hearing all matters relating to said proposed improvement, and all objections thereto, and for
determining the method of payment for said improvement.
3. That the City Engineer shall, in the manner provided by lav, submit to the City Council, at or prior to said
date, all d�.ta and information required by law to be submitted.
4. That the cost and expense of said improvement shall be borne by and assessed against the property liable
therefor, as provided by law.
