A Resolution to{appropriate funds from cumulative funds No. 1182 and 1184 for
the purchasing of materials and payment of labor to apply on the contracted amount
allowed �or the construction of the Kogan Street bridg .
WHEREAS the expensesof material and labor for, he construction of the Logan
Street bridge are not provided for elsewhere in the 1947 budget for the City of
Renton, Washington.
AND WHEREAS Cumulative Fund No. 1182 was previously created and established
for the purchasing of necessary materials not otherwise provided for in the budget.
AND WHEREAS Cumulative Fund No. 1184 was previously created and established for
the purpose of financing Public Improvements, etc., not otherwise provided for in
the budget.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Renton;
1. That the sum of $8,518.77 be, and the same is hereby appropriated from Cumulative
Fund No. 1182 to be expended for payment of materials used in the construction of the
Logan Street Bridge and said amount applied as a payment on the contract of the con—
tractor furnishing same.
2. That the sum of $15,733.00 be, and is hereby appropriated from Cumulative Pond
No. 1184 for the payment of labor and incidental construction costs on the construction
of the Logan Street Bridge, said payment to apply on the contracted amount to be paid
the contractor for construction of said bridge.
