RESOLUTION NO. 696
WHEREAS, the City of Renton through arrangements with
Reconstruction Finance Corporation, an Agency of the United
States, has since May 1st, 1947 been using a ire fighting
crash truck and certain equipment pertaining thereto; and-

WHE EAS, said Government Agency, acting through War
Assets Administration, has now requested that the agreement
for use thereof be reduced to written agreement;
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council ,of the City of Renton
do resolve as follows:
SEC. I. That the Mayor and Clerk of the City of Renton
be and are hereby/authorized)to execute on behalf of the City
that certain if itten agreement) dated May lst, 1947 proposed
for signature by Reconstruction Finance Corporation acting
through War Assets Administration,covering free use of said
true equipment by the City with certain undertakings by
the City as to(maintenance, repair, indemnity and return cf
the equipment and related matters.
