YEEREAS pursuant to previous action by the City Council,
the City of Renton through its Mayos and Clerk have entered
into a certain �eal estate contractlljdated September 10, 1948,
with William F. Bennett and Lavina Bennett his wife, providing
for the sale and purchase from Bennett to the City of a tract
of land within the City of Renton lying between the Northern
Pacific Railroad right of way and Burnett Street North, southerly
from 4th Avenue North and Nort1m rly from Cedar River; said
contract providing for a down payment of $500.00, and balance
of price to be paid on or before January 31, 1949, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON:
That there is herebyappropriate from cumulative fund
No. /,73 the sum of $50.00, which sum shall be paito

ment nder the al estate contract hereinabove mention d.
