RESOLUTION N0. 765
13E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON:
1. That it is the intention of the City Council to order the improvement of
Block 10, Highlands Addition
by establishing, constructing, grading, and .,3a
therein, pursuant to Petition filed for the same,
and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance with plans prepared by
the City Engineer.
2. That all persons who may desire to object thereto are hereby notified to appear and present such objections
at a meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chamber in the City Hall .in the City of Renton at
--- .8-:-.0-0-- o'clock P. M., on the ------- 11,th------ day of ......A pril, .____...__------------------ 19;5Q_..... Which time and place
is hereby fixed for hearing all matters relating to said proposed improvement, and all objections thereto, and for
determining the method of payment for said improvement.
3. That the City Engineer shall, in the manner provided by law, submit to the City Council, at or prior to said
date, all data and information required by law to be submitted.
4. That the cost and expense of said improvement shall be borne by and assessed against the property liable
therefor, as provided by law.
