WHEREAS, a shortage of rental housing accommodations
exists in the City of Renton and, whereas such shortage re-
quires continuance of the Federal Rent Control beyond the 31st
day of December, 1950.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF RENTON

That �ederal Rent Control over rental housing accommoda-
tions, in compliance with the "housing and rent act of 1950" be
and is hereby (xtended beyond the 31st day of December, 1950
PASSED by the City Council this 12 day of December, 1950.
