WMEAS, a (Petition)has been filed with the City Clerk of the
City of Renton petitioning the City Council to (vacate)the North thirty
(30) feet of Seventh Avenue Section Street), from the west side of
Cedar Street to the Fast side of Main Street, in the City of Renton,
King County, Washington; said petition being signed by the owners of
more than two-thirds (2/3) of the private property abutting upon the
above described street sought to be vacated; now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON:
`That the 25th day of September' . 1951' at - the hour of.. 8 P, -.M.-', at
the City Council Chambers in the City Hall, at the City of Renton,
King County, Washington, be and is hereby fixed as the time and place
when aforesaid petition for vacating of street above described shall
be heard and determined.
The City Clerk is directed to give notice of the pendency of
said petition and of the time and place of said hearing thereon in
the manner provided by law, written notice thereof to be posted in
three (3) of the most public places in the City of Renton and a like
written notice thereof to be posted conspicuously on the Street sought
to be vacated; such notice to state that said petition has been filed
and to state the time and place of hearing thereon.
