WHEREAS, the hereinafter named employee of the City of Renton, is a member
of the Washington Statewide City Employees Retirement System, in the classification
of Miscellaneous Personnel, and said person having attained the compulsory retire-
ment age of sixty-five (65) years of age, and said person being physically fit to
continue such employment and service of the City of Renton, and said person having
requested extension of the compulsory retirement system, and the proper Department
Head having approved the request of said employee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
That the time of compulsory retirement of the following named employee of
the City of Renton, Washington, who is a member of the Washington Statewide City Emp-
loyees Retirement System under the classification of Miscellaneous Personnel, to -wit:
EMMON H. BELL
Be and the same is hereby extended to such time as said employee shall attain
the age of sixty-seven (67) years, to -wit; the lst day of June, 1955.
A copy of this Resolution, adopted pursuant to Section XIV, Chapter 71, Laws of
1947, shall be -transmitted by the Clerk of the City of Renton to the Board of Trustees
of the aforesaid Washington Statewide City Employees Retirement System.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Renton this 5th day of May, 1953•
