$E IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON:
1. That it is the intention of the City Council of the City
of Renton to order the improvement of the alley abutting Lots one
(1) to twenty—nine (29) inclusive,# Block 14p Renton Highlands Addition
to the City of Renton by grading, draining.$ stabilizing and seal
coating with asphaltic road oil and crushed rocks and doing such other
work as may be necessary in connection therewith.$ all in accordance
with plans prepared by the City Engineer.
2. That all persons who may desire to object thereto are hereby
notified to appear and present such objections at a meeting of the City
Council to be held in the Council Chamber in the City Hall of the City
of Renton at 8 oTclock P.M., on the 16th day of November , 1954!
which time and place is hereby fixed for hearing all matters relating to
said proposed improvement and all objections thereto.$ and for determining
the method of payment for said improvement.
3. That the City Engineer shall.. in the manner provided by laws
submit to the City Councils at or prior to said date of hearings all
data and information required by law to be submitted.$ including but not
limiting it to a description of the boundaries of the district$ a
statement of what portion of the cost and expense of the improvement
should be borne by the property within the proposed district: a diagram
showing thereon the lots., tracts and parcels of land and other property
which will be specially benefited by the proposed improvement and the
estimated amount of the cost and expense thereof to be borne by each lots
tract or parcel of land or other property.
4. That the cost and expense of said improvement shall be borne
by and assessed against the property liable therefor, as provided by
laws except that the City of Renton shall furnish labor and the use of
equipment in connection with the above improvement.
