RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, a petition for the approval of a preliminary plat for
the subdivision of a certain tract of land within the City Limits of the City
of Renton, as hereinafter more particularly described, has heretofore been
presented to and filed with the City Council; and
WHEREAS, after due investigation the Plating Commission of the
City of Renton has considered and recommended the approval of said plat and a
public hearing having been held on said petbUon for the approval thereof in
the City Council Chambers in the City Hall of the City of Renton, and due notice
having been posted as required by law; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to such notice a public hearing on said petition
for the approval of the final plat was held at such time and place, and the
approval of the preliminary and final plat being deemed proper and advisable,
and there being no protest to said petition cr approval, NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RENTON AS FOLLOWS:
1. The final plat heretofore submitted to and approved by the
Planning Commission and the City Engineering Department of the City of Renton
under date. of February 25, 1959, pertaining to the following described property,
to -wit:
Albert Balch's President Park No. 12 described as the West
half of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of
the Northeast quarter of Section 9, Township 23 North,
Range 5 E.,W.M., all located in Renton, King County, Washington
is hereby approved as such plat, subject to the laws and ordinances of the City
of Renton.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 10th day of March, 1959.
