WHEREAS a petition for the approval of preliminary plat for the sub-
division of a certain tract of land within the City Limy-ts of the City of Renton, as
hereinafter more particularly described, has heretofore been presented to and filed
with the City Council; and.
WHEREAS, after due investigation the Planning Commission of the City of
Renton has considered and recommended the approval of said plat and a public hearing
having been held on said petition for the approval thereof in the Council Chambers
of the City of Renton, and due notice having been posted as required by law; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to such notice, a public hearing on said petition for
the approval of the preliminary plat was held at such time and place, and the approval
of the preliminary plat and final plat being deemed proper and advisable, and all
corrections necessary having been made and there being no protest to said petition
or appr oval, NOW THEREFORE
AS FOLLOWS:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON
1. The final plat heretofore submitted to and approved by the
Planning Commission and the City Engineering Department of the City of Renton under
date of March 11, 1959, pertaining to the following described property, to -wit:
Fred Akers Real Estate No. 1 located in Section 9, Township 23
North, Range 5 E.,W.M., King County, Washington, including
replat of Block 360 Corrected Plat of Renton Highlands No. 2
according to Plat recorded in Volume 59 of Plats., Pages 52 and
53, records of King County, Washington
is hereby approved as such plat, subject to the laws and ordinances of the City of
Renton.
