WHEREAS a Petition for the approval of a preliminary plat for the sub-
division of a certain tract of land within the City Limits of the City of Renton, as
hereinafter more particularly described, has heretofore been presented to and filed
with3the City Council; and
WHEREAS, after due investigation the Planning Commission of the City of
Renton has considered and recommended the approval. of said plat and a public hearing
having been held on said petition for the approval thereof in the Council Chambers
of the City of Renton, and due notice having been posted as required by law; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to such notice, a public hearing on said petition for
the approval of the preliminary plat was held at such time and.place, and the approval
of the preliminary plat and the final plat being deemed proper and advisable, and
there being no protest to said petition or approval and the City Engineer having
Approved said preliminary and final plat; NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE AYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF Pl TTON
AS FOLLOWS:
1. The final plat heretofore submitted to and approved by the Planning
Commission and the City Engineering Department of the City of Renton under date of
May 26, 1959, pertaining to the following described property, to wit:
That certain plat known as "Emil Usibelli Addition11 including that
portion of Tracts 41 and 42 of Renton Cooperative Coal Company 5
Acre Tracts, Plat No..l, as recorded in Volume 9, Page 29 of Plats,
records of King County, Washington, lying north of the City of
Seattle Cedar River Pipe Line right-of-way, all located in Renton,
King County, Washington.
is hereby approved as such plat, subject to the laws and ordinances of the City of
Renton.
