WHEREAS, the below mentioned Department Funds of the City of Renton,
were required to meet certain obligations and expenditures which were not fore-
seeable at the time of the adoption of the 1959 Budget, and WHEREAS it is nec-
essary for the proper administration, operation and maintenance of the City and
said respective Departments to transfer funds between items within the general
class of "Maintenance and Operation" as provided for by Chapter 322 of the 1955
Session Laws, NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RENTON AS FOLLOWS:
1. The foregoing recitals and facts are found and determined by the
City Council to be true and correct and that it is to the best interests of the
City of Renton to cause the hereinbelow specified transfers to be made.
2. The City Clerk and City Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed
to make and execute transfers between the following specified items in the general
class of "Maintenance and Operation" as follows:
a.) Planning Commission -_ 7009.2

TO: Maintenance & Operation Account #780 $ 100.00
b.) Police Department Account - 7025
FROM: Maintenance & Operation Account #717 450.00
TO: Police Dept. -Dog Pound Account #7025.1

c.) Renton Municipal Airport Account - 7045
FROM: Maintenance & Operation Account #717 228.10
TO: Maintenance & Operation Account #780 228.10
d.) Sewer Administration Account - 7092.11
FROM: Maintenance & Operation Account #784 54.00
TO: Maintenance & Operation Account #780 54.00
