ORDINANCE NO. 185_
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON3 WASHINGTON ADOPTING A.
CITY BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 1951.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON2
WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1:- That the budget for the City of Renton for the year
1951 prepared and filed with the City Clerk and as approved by vote
of the City Council this date after due notice and hearing bei and

is hereby in all respects ratified and adopted as such Budget, same
being by this reference incorporated herein as if fully set forth.
SECTION 2. That there be and are hereby allowed and established
the following total sums for expenditure in each of the following
classifications in said 1951 budget, to -wit:
Salaries and wages ........................ $463,485.00
Maintenance and operation................. 190,246.02
Capital Outlay ............................ 682117.00
Bond and Interest Redemption Funds........ 20,725.00
Cumulative Reserve Fund #1182 ............. 102000.00
Cumulative Reserve Fund #1183............. 20,000.00
Cumulative Reserve Fund #1184 ............. 10 000.00
Total Expenditure..... -..so $7827573.02
Less Receipts from sources other than
taxation ....................... 6173197.62
Total to be raised by taxation............ $165,375•x+0
Total budgeted for Expenditures........... 782,573.02
SECTION 3: That a copy of the Budget as hereby adopted be
transmitted to the office of the State Auditor of Washington,
Division of Municipal Corporations.
SECTION 2F` That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect five ( 5) days from and after its passage, approval and
legal publication.
