AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, RESTRICTING
AND PROHIBITING PARKING OF VEHICLES ON CERTAIN STREETS WITHIN
THE CITY OF RENTON, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION
THEREOF.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: Parking of vehicles is hereby restricted and limited to one (1)
hour only between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. on week days, on the follow-
ing described and designated streets, to writ:
On the south side of Fourth Avenue North beginning at the
intersection of Fourth Avenue North and Park Street and continuing
in an easterly.direction for a distance of approximately 380 feet
to the intersection of Garden Street and Fourth Avenue North.
SECTION 2: Parking of vehicles between the hours of 2:30 A.M. to 4:30 A.M.
on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays is hereby prohibited on the following described
and designated streets:
Main Street, Wells Street and Williams Street and the east side of
Burnett Street from the south side of Second Avenue to the north side
of Fourth Avenue, and the west side of Burnett Street from 2nd Avenue
to 3rd Avenue, Third Avenue from the east side of Mills Street to
Rainier Avenue.
SECTION 3: Parking of vehicles at any time is hereby prohibited on the follow-
ing described and designated streets and a "No Parking Zone" is hereby established
and designated thereon, to -crit:
On the southwest side of Maple Way beginning at the intersection of
Maple Way and Bronson Way and continuing in a southeasterly direction
for a distance of approximately 400 feet.
SECTION 4: All Ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and
are hereby repealed and superseded.
SECTION 5: Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of
this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon convidtion thereof shall be
fined in the sum of not exceeding TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS ($25.00).
SECTION 6: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its passage,
approval and publication.
