ORDINANCE NO. 1501
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
RESTRICTING PARKING OF VEHICLES ON A CERTAIN
DESIGNATED STREET, AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR
THE VIOLATION THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON:
SECTION I: Parking of vehicles on the north side of Houser
Way from the east curb line of Mill Street extending easterly therefrom
for a distance of 225 feet is hereby prohibited between the hours of
4 p.m. to 5 p.m. from Mondays through Fridays inclusive,
SECTION II: That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed and superseded.
SECTION III: Any person, firm or corporation violating any
provision of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon
conviction thereof shall be fined in a sum not to exceed $25.00.
SECTION IV: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
after its passage, approval and legal publication.
