ORDINANCE NO. 15
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
RESTRICTING PARKING OF.VEHICLES.ON CERTAIN DESIGNATED
STREETS IN THE CITY OF RENTON; PROVIDING PENALTIES.
FOR THE VIOLATION.THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RENTON AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: No vehicles shall be parked or allowed to remain
parked more than two (2) hours continuously between 8:00 A.M. and
6:00 P.M. on any day except Sundays and Holidays on the following
portions of streets, viz:
a)
East
side of Burnett Street North,
between
Fourth
Avenue North and llfth Avenue
North.
b)
Williams Street North, between Fourth
Avenue
North
and Six Avenue North.
C)
Wells
Street North, between Fourth
Avenue
North
and Sixth Avenue North.
d)
Pelly
Street, between Fourth Avenue
North
and Sixth
Avenue North.
e)
Fifth
Avenue North, between Burnett
Street
North
and Park Street.
SECTION II: Any person, firm or corporation violating any pro-
vision of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon
conviction thereof shall be fined in a sum not exceeding Twenty-five
Dollars ($25.00) .
SECTION III: Ordinance No. 1592 and any parts of other Ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and legal publication.
