AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
FIRE ZONE AND REGULATING PARKING
STREETS AND AVENUES IN THE CITY,
VIOLATION THEREOF:

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON:
Section 1: There is hereby established a fire lane in which
there shall be no parking of motor vehicles at any time as follows:
A distance of 50 feet along the Westerly curb of Burnett Street
(in front of present Pythian Temple Building) measured from a
point at said curb, which point is 200 feet Northerly along the
curb line from Second Avenue, thence extending Northerly along
said curb to aforesaid distance of 50 feet.
Section 2: There shall be no parking of motor vehicles on
the North side of Third Avenue extending from the center line of
Rainier Ave. Easterly, a distance of 640 feet, along the North
side of said Third Avenue.
Section 3: Any person, firm or corporation violating any of
the provisions of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor,
and on conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding
$25.00.
Section 4: This Ordinance shall be.in full force and effect
five days from and after its passage, approval and publication.
