AN ORDINANCE OF TxU CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, CHANGING THE
CLASSIFICATION OF LOTS ONE, TWO AND THREE, BLOCK TWELVE, CARWORKS
ADDITION TO RENTON, FROM RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO COMMCIAL USE
DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, under Ordinance No. 1164 and the maps adopted in conjunction
therewith, Lots one, Two and Three, of Block Twelve, Carworks Addition to
Renton, were zoned as residential,and
WHEREAS, under the provisions of Section XV, proper petition for
change of zone classification to commercial was filed; the Planning
Commission having concurred in such change and public hearing having
been held and no protests having been filed, now therefore
The City Council of the City of Kenton, Washington, do ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1: That Lots one, Two and Three of Block Twelve, Carworks
Addition to Kenton, be classified as Commercial Use and the city Lngineer
is hereby directed to change the maps of the zoning ordinance of the Gity
to show this change.
Section 2: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect five
days from and after its legal publication, passage and approval.
