the decision to:

the January meeting to share more about their program. MSC (Evelyn/Mitch)

itemized budget As well as invite them to our February meeting. MSC

Arts and Culture Master Plan – Chip Vincent and Elizabeth had an internal meeting
with several city departments (Finance, Community Services and others) to discuss the
revised plan. It was acknowledged that the plan was under funded, however, the
RMAC needs to establish a prioritization of the multi-year plan with consideration of
limited funds and limited internal resources. Each RMAC member is to identify their
top six (6) priorities from the plan with near and short term strategies.
Paul offered to develop an on-line survey (Survey Monkey) to get everyone’s input.
Deadline for response is December 11, 2015 so that our recommendations can be
presented to City Council and Mayor’s office for support.
RMAC Budget Update and Discussion –It was determined that the RMAC remaining
balance can be carried over into 2016. Chip will coordinate with Finance to facilitate
this.
RMAC Art Project Initiative - The Wells Ave S./Post Office sidewalk strip will be an “Art
Garden” with low-maintenance, drought tolerant plants and three concrete figure
planters. The RMAC authorized $2000 for materials, landscaping, sculptures and
installation. MSC (Adrienne/Mitch)
