BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON:
1. That it i��the inten ' n of the City Council to order the improvement of

Pa.ving. .

and doin�; such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in wccordance with plans prepared by
the City Engineer.
2. That all persons who may desire to object thereto are hereby notified to appear and present such objections
at a meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chamber in the City Hall in the City of Renton at
----_-�-------_- o'clock P. M., on the ----------�._.;�L+�,___ day of -------sT_l.l�.-;;.'.-------_------------------------- 19�'��.�.4---. Which time and place
is hereby fixed for hearing a.11 matters relating to ssid proposed improvement, and all objections thereto, and for
determining the method of payment for said improvement.
3. That the City Engineer shall, in the manner provided by law, submit to the City Council, at or prior to said
date, all rl�.ta and information required by law to be submitted.
4. That the cost and expense of said improvement shall be boxne by and asaessed against the property liable
therefor, as provided by law.
