RESOLUTION N0. sol __._
BE IT ORDAINED BY TF3E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON:
1. That it is the intention of the City Council to order the improvement oY
East side of Renton Street from the north line of Tract 30
thence south to south line of Tract 26, Plat �1, Renton Co-operative
Coal Co's Acre Tracts by construction of a 6" sanitary sewer and
doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith,

� pC�$p�� all in 4ccordance with plans prepared by
thc Crty �ngineer.
2. That all persons who may desire to object thereto are hereby notified to appear and present such objections
at a meeting of the City Councit to be held in the Council Chamber in the City Hall in the City of Renton at

is hereby fixed for hearing all matters relating to sFid propused improvement, anct all objections thereto, and for
determining the method of payment for said improvement.
3. That the City Engineer shall, in the manner provided by law, subinit to the City Council, at or prior to said
date, all dsta and information required by law to be submitted.
4. That the cost and expense of said improvement sl�all ne bo:ne by and asaessed against the property liable
therefor, as provided by law.
