BE IT OP.DAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON:
1. That it is the intention of the City Council to order the improvement of Dixie Avenue,
et al, ' . . through the alley between Block 5,
Renton Real Estate Co's lst Addition to the City o� �enton and
the tax lots lying north of Tobin Avenue between Logan and
Shattuck Streets, along Tillicum Avenue fron the east end thereof
to Lal�e Street and through the alle�s in Blocks 3 and 4, Renton
Real Estate Co�s lst Addition to the City of �enton _

�x by laying 8" lateral sanitary sewers.
and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection theretivith, all in uccordance with pians prepared by
the City Engineer.
2. That all persons who may•desire to object thereto are hereby notified to appear and present such objections
at a meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chamber in the City Hall in the City of Renton at

is hereby fixed for hearing all matters relating to s�id proposed improvement, and all objections thereto, and for

3. That the City Engineer shall, in the manner provided hy la�v, submit to the City Council, at or prior to said
aate, all duta and information required by ]a�v to be suhmitted.
4. That the cost and expense of said improvement shall be borne by and as�essed against the property liable
therefor, as provided by law.
