F�E IT ORDAINED 23Y THE CZTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF R�NTON:
1. That it is the intention of the City Council to order the improvement of �urne�'t Street
from a point approximately fifty feet north of the n.orth
line o� Block t��Jenty-four(24) , Town of Renton to the alley
north of First xvenue, -

by -�he construction of a vrater main (4" c�ast iron )
and doing such other �vork as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in sccordance with plans prepared by
the City Engineer.
2. That all persons who may desire to object thereto are hereby notified to appear and present such objections
� at a meeting of the City Councit to be held in the Council Chumber in the City Hall in the City of Renton at

is hereby fixed for hearing all matters relating to s�.id proposed improvement, and all objections thereto, and for

4. That the cost and espense of said improvement shall be borne by at:d asaessed aga,inst the property liable
therefor, as provided by law.
