BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON:
1. That it is the intention of the City Council to order the improvement of the �'011.OWi.�
propert�r: Beginning at the N4Y corner of F31oc�2, Snithers
6th �ddition to Renton; thence north 80 ft. to the north
margin of 2nd Ave. , thence west along said margin 329 Pe�t
to 6"g6" tee, thenee south 550 feet to ezist�ng watermain
on 3rd Avenue. Commencing again at ���►f�$entioned 6�a6f' Tee,
thence 329 feet west along the northr� nd Ave. to another
g"g6" Tee, thence 290 feet north to a dead end,

construetion o� a �6" cast iron watermain1

and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection there�vith, all in uccordance w�ith plans prepared by
- the City Engineer.
2. That all persons who may desire to object thereto are hereby notified to appear and present such objections
� at a meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chamber in the City Hall in the City of Renton at

4. That the cost and expense of said improvement shall be borne by and assessed against the property liable
therefor, as provided by law.
