Street ad�acent and parallel to present trunk sewer extending from
Park Avenue West to th e Commereial Waterway District No. 2 right
oP way, L. I. D. �186, Ordinance No. 979,
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That the assessment roll for Local ,
' Improvement District No. 186 for the improvement of the Pollowing
described property:
Beginning at the intersection of center line of Williams
Street North and the northerly right of way line of Commercial
Waterway District No. 2, thence easterly along said right of wag
line to the westerly right of way line of the PaciYic Coast Rail- ,
road; thence northerly along said westerly right oP way line to I
north marginal line of Fourth �venue North; thence east along said
northerly marginal line to the southeast corner of Lot 22, Block
13, Car ��"dorks Addition to Renton; thence north to northeast corner
oY said Lot 22 and continuing to southeast corner of Zot 3 in said �
block 13; thence west along south line of said lot 3 to the south- ,
east corner of lot 2 in said Block 13; thence 'north along east line '�

Said roll has been set down for hearir�at the regular meet-
ing o� the City Council to be he�.d in the Council Chamber in the
City Hall in the City of Renton at 8 o' clock P.�. on the 23rd day of I�
November 1937 and all persons who may desire to object to said asses::�

ment are notiPied to make such ob3ect�ons in writing and to fil� with
the City Clerk, at or prior to the date fixed �or such hearingo At
the time a.nd place Pixed and at such other times as the hearin� may be
continued to, the Council will sit as a Board oP Equalization for the
purpose of considering such roll, and at such hearing, or hearings,
will consider such ob3ections made thereto, or any part thereoP, and
will correct, revise, raise, lower, change or modify such roll, or any
part thereof, or set aside such roll and order that such assessment

and then proceed to confirm same by ordinance. �
