t�IAEREAS, the City of Ren�on is the orvner of Lot Five (5�
of Block R�vo (2) , Smithers Sixth Addition to the City of Renton,
Kir� County, �ashington and whereas an offer has been made to the
City of Renton for said lot and whereas the property committee of
the City of Renton, after due consideration, has recommended that
said offer be accepted and said �operty sold, Now therefore,
IT IS RESOI,VID BY THE COIINCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON that
the (Tidayor and City Clerk be and they hereby are authorized to ez—
ecute a 'duit Claim deed`�conveying all of the right, title msd

interest of the City of Renton in and to Lot Five (5) of Block Two
i (2) , Smithers Sixth Addition to the �ity of Renton, Kirk; County,
Washington to Rudolph Seppi and Warria Seppi, his wife, for and in
consicieration of the sum of Two Hundred and twenty—five and no�100
(�225.00) Dollars.
