BE IT ORDAII�t�D BY T� CITY COtttd�TL OF iHE CITY Oi� �ENTON:
l. That it is the intention of the City Council to order the � , �

Avenue 1Vorth to 6�h Avenue North.
�Paving and curbing and doing such other wark as may be necessary
in connection '�her��vith, all in accordance �ith plans prepared by the
City Engineer.
2. That all pe�sons who may desire t� apject thereto are here—
by notifa.ed to appear and present sucn objections at �, meeting of
t�e City Council to be held in the council chamber in the City H�,11
in the City of Rerrton at 8 0� clock P. Rd. , an tne 16th day of July,
19�9, �hich time and place is �ereby fixed zor he�.xing a7.1 matters
relating to sai�. proposed improvernent and all objections thereto,
and for determining tne method of payment for said improvement.
3. That the City �ngineer shall, in the manner provided by
la�v, submit to the City Council,at ar pxior to said date, all data
and informa,tion required by law to be submitted.
4. T11at tne cost and expense of said improvement shall be
borne by and assessed against the property liable therefor, as
provided by la�r.
