RESOLUTION N0.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON:
1: That it is the intention of the City Council to order the�im- �
�roveinent of '�ells Street bet�reen SecQnd Avenue and Cedar River

aa ma,y be necessary in connection there�ith, all in accorda,7�nce
�ith plans pre�are3 by the Gity En�ineer .
�. That all peraons v�ho r�ay aesire to ob�ect thereto are he�by ,
atibified to a�pear and. pre�ent such o��ections at � meeting !
of the City Council to be held in the Couneil Charaber in the City
Hall in the City of Renton at 7:30 o'clock P. M. , on the 17th
clay of June , 1924, which time and place is hereby fixed for hear-
ing all matt�rs relatin� to sa,id proposeci im�roveznent , and a]il
ob�eations th�reto, and for detemining the method of pagment fo�
aaid improvement.
3. That tne City En�ineer shall , in the manner pravi3ed by ba�
sul�mit to the Citq Cnuncil, at or prior to said date , all d.ata
a.nd information requirec� by la�v to be submitted.
4. That the cost anc� expense of said improve�nt sha11 be borne
by and assessed against the property liable theref or , as provide�
by 18W.
