Section 1: That there shall be, and is hereby appropria�-
ed out of the water fund of trie City of Ren�ton, j�ashington, the
sum of �1100.00 to be paid to Roy Z. �llen, a widov�er,
Horatio F. Church and Tti�iary 0. Church, his wife, and PeoPles
National Bank of�'6�ashin�ton in Seattle, a corporation, in
settlement of Cause No. 326632 in the Superior Court of King
County, �v'ashington, brought by the City Attorney in compliance
wit� the provisions of Ordinance� T�To. 1120 of the City of
Renton, y"�ashington.
•Seetion 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect fige days from and after its passage, approval and
legal publication. �
