BE IT ORD�I\F,ll I3Y T�IE CIT�' COU\CIL OF THE' CITY OI` R,EN'I'ON:
1: That it is the iutention of the City Council to order the improvement of �l�t p0�:�.an

Avenu� Nor th and on th� south by Third �renue Nor th sby the
conetruction of a board sidewalk thereon

and doinb such other �vork as inay be necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance with plans to be
prepared by the City Engineer.
2: That all persons �`�ho�may desire to object thereto are hereby notified to appear and present such
objections at a nleeting of the City Couneil to be held in the Couneil Chamber in the City �Iall in the City
of Renton at --`�-:.��i_ o'clock Y. DI., on the ----.a..4.��1.�------------- day of ._.�A�i'.-------------------------•----•----------, 19]�------,
��•hich time and place is hereby fisetl for hearing� all matters relatina to said proposed impro�rernent, and all
objections thereto, and for determinin; the method of payment for said improvement.
3: T'hat the City Engineer shall, in the manner provided by law, submit to the City Council, at or prior
to said date, all data and information required by law to be submittecl.
4: That the cost and expense of said improvement shall be borne by and assessed abainst the property
liable therefor, as provided by la«�.
